Here are Cruise Industries we strive to give you the best customer service we can promise you. As part of this we have came up  a system that works best in order to keep our business working efficiently and be able to give you a great product/service.

All services performed by Cruise Industries will go as such. 

- All parts are paid for up front. (shipping will be calculated on the final invoice) When you have paid for your parts this will place you on our waiting list or our schedule. Depending on how long the service will take will determine if you are placed on our waiting list or our schedule. We will give you an estimated time of how long the wait but there is no grantee of how long that wait may be. It may be shorter than estimated or longer than estimated. (There is a strict no refund policy. If you change your mind and do not want to go through with the job, you are entitled to the ownership of the parts you paid for and take them with you. There are no exceptions for any returns)

- When your name comes up on our schedule or waiting list we will confirm your parts are here and contact you to come in to have services started. There only estimations of time in which we may get to your vehicle. The original estimated time that was given to you may come sooner or later. There are no guarantees on when your vehicle may actually be dropped off.

- 50% of the estimated labor is due up front (excluding short term small jobs that are under a few hours  work).

- A job agreement is signed upon drop off.

- Once all services have been rendered the final balance of the invoice will be due upon pickup. 

The job agreement signed upon drop off will cover all our additional policies.

Welcome to the world of Air Suspension. We here at Cruise Industries are ambassadors of the air suspension world. Air suspension should be an enjoyable experience and we're here to help get your vehicle  take advantage of the benefits of air suspension.

A common misconception with air suspension is that it ruins the value of a vehicle, the ride quality of the vehicle, and is not reliable. We are here to tell you that with proper installation, components, and some minor maintenance, in many cases, none of that is true. 

When using your air suspension there are a few things to know. 

1. When you turn your key on, your system will check to make sure you have enough air in your tank. If the tank pressure is low you will hear a low hum noise coming from the compressors. If you turn the key on and you do not hear any noises, do not worry this is totally normal because your tank may already have enough air in from the last time the vehicle was turned on.  

2: When raising your vehicle make sure it is clear of people or any other objects. When lowering your vehicle make sure there are no people or obstructions around the vehicle. It is always good practice when parked to keep all your vehicle  doors closed when raising and lowering the vehicle. Some vehicles may have issues with driveline or tire clearances when attempting to drive the vehicle with the air suspension lowered all the way down, or close to all the way down. Theses symptoms can be fixed of course but it is common for these issues to become a possible issue. 

3. Be aware of your steering clearance on your front fenders. Most  vehicles will require to be raised up a certain amount of inches in order to be able to clear the tires when making tight turns. 

4. The ride quality of the vehicle will change depending on how low or how high you are from the ground. A good rule of thumb is more pressure in the bags, the "stiffer" the air spring will be giving it more of a harsher ride quality.  Lets say your suspension raises a total of 10". The ground being 0" and all the way up being 10".  The best ride quality will vary from vehicle to vehicle but typically it would be around the 3-5" range for the best ride quality. When driving the vehicle you want to absolutely NEVER drive fully raised up in the 9"-10" range for an extended period of time. This can put unneeded stress onto your ball joints and steering. However, it is fine for getting over high spots or parking at car shows. 

5. Your air compressors will build up moisture in the tanks over time. It is just a biproduct of compressor the atmospheres air into an air tank. It is good practice to drain your air tank. We install aluminum air tanks on your air ride system to lower the chances of rust built up in the system but it is still good practice to drain the tanks of any moisture after a few weekends of cruising. 

6. Treat your air system with care and it will give you many many years of enjoyment. Keep an eye on your air system and have it professionally checked by professionals to make sure everything is still working properly. It is also recommended to keep an eye on the conditions of the air bags themselves. Over time they may develop dry cracks and for safety reasons, it would be a good idea to replace all 4 air springs.  Your shocks may also need to be replaced every 50k miles on a normal vehicles, but with air suspension it may be more often depending on how much use they may have seen.

7. Air systems may develop leaks and some are possible to fix. The standard rule is if the vehicle leaks down over 2 nights, that is acceptable. If the air tank leaks out no more than 50 PSI in 2 days, that is acceptable. Anything else can be fixed under the Cruise Industries guarantee under certain circumstances. (exclusions apply).
